Took my persian kitten here and they wanted to shave her for a couple knots?! I ended up buying a grooming kit and working out the knots myself. They seemed inexperienced and rather unwelcoming.

Always very professional and super sweet with my dog. They also always have available times for drop off. They are very accessible and easy to book.
