All Pets Veterinary Medical Center

We were a walk in appointment on a Saturday with 0 history with this vet, but we had an great experience with them. We brought in my 3 week old kitten who was having some respiratory issues and they were very responsive to his history and the knowledge that his siblings had passed from a respiratory cold. The techs and vet were very informative with new tools to help my kitten as well as listened well to everything we had already been doing for him. Since the appointment we have had a call and a text to check in on Phantom for them to check on his recovery from pneumonia and how we are doing with meds and nebulizer treatments.

I had an emergency with my senior bunny and his normal vet was out of the country. They were able to work in a new patient while short staffed and see him within two hours of my call. The staff was very helpful (Philip was so nice when I called panicking) and Dr. Rupley clearly knows bunnies. She was so kind and compassionate as she explained our options and answered all my questions. They were able to get him the treatment he needed immediately, and thanks to their efforts he seems to be improving. Cannot recommend enough!

My dachshund, Willie, was a regular here for both boarding and veterinary visits. He truly loved coming here, and I always knew he was in the best hands. Many of the techs would come out to greet him when we arrived, they were genuinely excited to see him. As a pet owner, it’s never easy leaving your pet, but I always felt at ease knowing how wonderfully he was cared for. Willie was a patient here for six years until he passed away. I want to personally thank Matthew, Holley, and Dr. Rupley for taking such incredible care of Willie and for loving him as if he were their own.

There are several reasons I recommend All Pets to others. The receptionist team is very polite, thoughtful, and thorough, (Matthew is THE BEST)! The technicians are personable and sweet to the animals. Dr. Rupley is knowledgeable and warm. You can tell that she cares for her patients and is committed to helping them. All Pets is also understanding that money isn't endless and sometimes we have to be selective on pursuing some treatments over others because of cost restrictions. When money is tight, they will go over what they think is the greatest priority for the animal's well-being and stick within your budget. All Pets has been instrumental in saving my cat Toast's life and he's come so far from where he was when we first walked through All Pet's doors. Thank you for everything you have done, and continue to do for Toast!

I found a very sick kitten very early in the morning and after calling multiple vets, All Pets was able to squeeze her in within 10 minutes of them opening! She was seen right away and carefully assessed. The vet techs were very open and kind to me and this kitten, calling me every hour to update me on the cutie. Dr. Rupley was very lovely on the phone and gave me a clear rundown on the kitten's health. The trip was pricey, but I would have rather paid the price than wait another minute to get this kitten in better health. Photos show progress after 2 weeks of All Pets care.
