Animal Medical Center of Deer Valley

Please do yourself and your pets a favor and take your business somewhere else. We had trusted this location with the cremation of our dog. We were told that we would be getting back a paw print after the procedure was completed in 2 days after. It's been 3 weeks and multiple calls and today were told that there is no paw print that we will be receiving. As a pet owner yourself how can you even think about giving this location any more of your business to know how this is how they treat our animals...It's a disgrace!!! Our daughter who had her dog for 13 YEARS is devastated 💔 😢!!!

Our dog of 13 years passed away. Cannot explain the sadness. This Vet said we'd get paw print back in a week. It's been 2- almost 3. Were a client for all 13 years. Won't even get into my 20 year old daughter's feelings. Terrible way to treat clients. They also emailed the receipt to cremate my dog to me RIGHT AFTER it passed. At least mail it. Let some time pass for God's sakes.

Brought my working puppy for his first exam and I’m admittedly not the easiest client and everyone was great with all my requests! Thanks everyone for taking such great care of Shrimp!

They got my pup in same day for initial visit! Second visit was a follow up and they assessed the situation same day also and fixed her ear in a couple hours. Next day followed up to see if she had any symptoms or issues and she’s doing great!!! Staff is really nice and it’s really clean :)

Super sweet employees. Kind, caring, and clean! The little mini fridge and coffee station are a vibe also 😁 most importantly, great care for my kitty! Can’t wait to bring the rest of the gang over for their check up! Thanks much!!!
