Came here by accident. My daughter bought the biggest hamster I have ever seen in my life.. She wasn't really interested in regular hamster food.. Come to find out the lady working there had been feeding her spring mix from Publix! 😆 Spoiled Rodent Syndrome! Seriously though they were very nice and patient. Super nice store, glad I went.
I had an absolutely incredible experience at the Pet Supplies Plus in Clearwater today, all thanks to David. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. David assisted me with the dog wash station and then personally guided me throughout the store to help find specific products. What impressed me most was his deep product knowledge—he didn't just find the items; he actually educated me on them. He is professional, courteous, and truly one of the friendliest employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. If you're heading to this location, definitely look for David. He provides the kind of top-tier service that keeps customers coming back. Thank you, David, for making my visit so easy and enjoyable!

Abusive business practice by manager at grooming store. I dropped off my golden doodle 30 minutes late today. I was charged a $10 fee which is fair thou I was not told of such fee. I was then called 4 hour after I dropped him off to let me know that he was matted on his tail and his face, that they might have to cut it very low. I asked how low so that he would not be shaved, I was told not too low just in the areas needed, but they’ll try not to. 5 hours later when they called the my golden doodle was ready to be picked up, I showed up to see a shaved face and a butcher tailed. I was disappointed, but they warmed me about it so that was fine. When I went to pay, It was $30 in additional fees. I had to go back and forth to the groomer who then she called the manger only to tell me. When you are late there is a fee of $10. Oh and by the way, we had to work on matted fur, so that’s additional $20. First, if I’m aware that there is a fee I will proceed with charges or say no thank u. But they cut him up, shaved his face, butcher his tail and then charged me additional $20. Manager over the phone was unwilling to work with me telling me that I received a call so that’s that. I have been coming here for 2 years. I had never experienced these charges or poor treatment. So just be aware of that. Unfortunately after a $160 charge for a 1 time grooming I was not leaving a tip as I felt these charges were abusive and u true, I felt per supply simply stole money from me. They did not de-mat him. They cut his tail up and shaved his face, how can they still charge that exorbitant amount on top of it. Also, how can they keep a poor dog for 5 hours ? I felt they punished my poor dog for being late, and they also punished me financially. That’s simply abusive business practice.
