When you walk in you are treated like family. Even if you know nothing about reptiles, you will be an expert before you leave. I have had 32 snakes over the years. Thought I knew everything hands down great customer service. My family are also regular customers. Cant wait to see everyone today and try not to buy another beautiful snake

I wanna start off with I highly recommend this place! The woman who works here (I’m going to get her exact name next time I come in then edit this post) is very kind and extremely helpful! I got my first ever baby ball python with the help of her and also got to hold a bunch of other snakes that interested me as well without me even having to ask she was so sweet! I’m not going to lie when I first walked in feeding live mice scared me a little but luckily within 2 weeks I was able to get my snake off live mice and feed my snake frozen/thawed and have him shed. All her snakes are super cool. If you are considering a snake or reptiles definitely go here !

So grateful this shop is so close to our home. We are newer bearded dragon owners and we visit the hobby shop regularly for all of our supplies. We recently boarded our dragon there for a week. Heather was super helpful and communicated exceptionally which was greatly appreciated by my kiddos who worried about their “baby”. They have so many cool exotic reptiles. Our favorite is when the giant monitor is out for a stroll.

I got my beautiful rainbow colored 🌈 panther chameleon of my dreams! Most Chams are 600-1500k $ that are as colorful as him, the pricing was so fair! 300$ that’s so wonderful because it gave me the extra money to buy him an XL enclosure with everything he needs. They sent him through FedEx to South Florida. He was safely mailed in a cute bag, they packed in his fav crickets and even sent me 2 Cham toys! 🦎 Sarai was amazing, we FaceTimed and she answered all my questions. I told her to make sure he was extremely well fed the day before he was mailed to me because chams most likely won’t eat for a couple days when they’re in a new home and enclosure. I took him to the vet for a check up and he was in immaculate shape. I was also looking for a red bearded dragon, however I refuse to pay two grand for one. The Hoppy Shop has them starting at 199$ and they are beautiful. If you are an exotic pet lover they have any exotic pet you can think of. Clean shop too! You can tell they love all there animals and reptiles so much 💜 they get there stock I assume from top notch breeders. When I’m ready for my next reptile this is where I’ll be spending my money. Thank you to everyone that works there and gets the best breeding stock with the best customer service. This isn’t anything like “petco” they know what they are doing! I’d you are considering getting an exotic pet don’t hesitate to hit them up! First class all the way 10/10 & 5 stars all the way! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Also If there is ANYTHING in particular you are looking for that they may not have in stock at the store - they have connections to get you anything you want, if it’s A crested gecko, or a chameleon ect for example, with a certain color or trait you’re looking for they’ll find it for you. I love this place. They usually have feeder insects at a fraction of the cost. I would recommend buying reptiles here compared to Petsmart because they breed there own and it is not from a farm. They have all of your reptile needs from lightning to tongs. If you can't find someone to watch your pet when your gone on vacation, they will board your pet for $8 dollars and day. Highly recommend!!!
