Overton Park Formal Gardens

This is just a landscaped area of the park, not what I'd consider a garden. It looks like it would be nice for taking portraits among the trees and the few flowers there. There is no parking nearby. My friend that I was with dropped me off and went to look for parking, until I called him and just had him come back and pick me up since it wasn't worth the effort.

It's beautiful and has an overall peacefulness about it. My son got married there.

Gorgeous area, great for pictures! Located right next to Veteran's Plaza and is usually the quieter area of the entire park. A few benches are available thankfully to sit and enjoy the amazing view.

Love the scene. Park was very nice...had my wedding here. Beautiful
