My dog had destructive tendencies and I lacked the communication skills to understand why before we met T and enrolled in her Level 1 - Dog Communication Course. At the beginning, I was skeptical, but this has worked like nothing ever has. The things that T covers in her lesson plan encompass the basic things that make you aware of how dogs respond to stress (and its not the things you might think!), what makes any dog tick, and what you can do at home to make their short time on earth worthwhile. I’m looking forward to investing in taking my relationship with my dog to the next level with our service dog journey, and I strongly urge you to do it too.

I have recently completed level one classes. I found the class very informative on the ways dogs communicate. The result of this is you are able to form a strong bond of trust with your dog. The instructor T. Keck is very knowledgeable and the lessons are presented in a clear and easy to understand way. The results make for a wonderful relationship with your dog and all family members.

We had such an incredible experience with Canine Assistance Puerto Rico, both with the Level 1 & 2 transformations as well as Service Dog training. Before working with T, our Stanley was quite challenging... anxious, stubborn, loud, and strong-willed. We learned so much during our lessons and trainings -- about how dogs learn and what we can do to give Stanley the structure and tools needed for him to become the best boy he could be. T is the consummate professional who knows everything about dogs and their development, both the academics and the practical knowledge. She demands excellence and asks for perfect practice. If you do both, you're bound to have a very positive experience. If you're on the island and are looking for the best training possible (to become a service dog or just to better relate to your pup), look no further than T and Canine Assistance PR. If we could give 6, 10, or 100 stars, we would!

Ms. T is amazing!! The lessons really help the owner learn more about body language and signals from their pet rather than just basic obedience. This program has changed my whole perspective on how dogs think and how they behave based on their environment. It’s had a very positive impact and change on my dogs and I will continue moving forward with her lessons.

I started with T at Canine Assistance and my dog already had basic training from elsewhere, but she continued to be hyperactive, not following commands and behaving rebelliously , so we started phase 1 with T when my dog was about 7 or 8 months old and we continued working on her behavior until now, that she was able to pass her service dog exam. The change has been tremendously satisfying and successful. My dog is now calmer, more attentive, able to analyze the purpose of what is happening to continue with her work, and be able to complete a task for me. I’m extremely grateful to Canine Assistance for allowing me to be part of an environment free of detrimental trainings and that really motivates the dog to be able to have self-control and understand and express itself towards it’s owner. I guarantee a 100% this program, you won’t regret it!!!
