Carl and November are both amazing! We have done obedience classes, agility, and private sessions over the last six months and the difference in our dog is incredible. You have to be part of the process and want to learn but if you are invested, this team will help you work with your dog an unlock how awesome they can be.

Reagan is the real deal—the dog whisperer and our dog Bernie’s hero. We started training with him last summer after moving back from overseas. Bernie, our pup, was anxious, unsettled, and definitely not a fan of the Texas heat. He missed being active, and it showed. And on top of that, Reagan’s just as patient with me as he is with Bernie, coaching us both every step of the way. I’ve had an amazing experience at Zoom Room thanks to our trainer, Reagan! He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about working with dogs. From the first session, he made both me and my pup, Maya, feel welcome and supported. His training style is positive and encouraging, and I’ve seen a HUGE progress in Mayas behavior and confidence. I can't thank everyone at Zoom Room enough! They played a huge role in helping us build confidence in our older pup, Jude, after losing her housemate. Months later, we noticed a significant improvement in her, which gave us the confidence to add a new puppy to the family. Zeke was there every step of the way, helping with scheduling, and Reagan has been a constant source of reassurance during puppy class with our newest addition, Josie. I actually considered pulling Josie out of preschool because of her fearfulness during playtime with the other puppies. But the trainers were incredibly understanding and assured me that her reactions were completely normal. By her third class, we saw major improvements. I’m so grateful for all the support and guidance from the team!
