Vetcare Animal Hospital is amazing! I switched to them 3 years ago after adopting a 2nd dog. My senior aussies love the staff, the doctors are awesome they sit on floor and give my dogs treats with lots of attention during the visits! I'm most thankful for Neil, last month he helped me with arrangements and services for my oldest dog that passed away at home! I was crying my eyes out and could barely talk, Neil was very understanding and helpful. He even helped me carry my boy inside and gave me a chance to say my last good bye before he was cremated. The outside company they use for the cremstions did an awesome job with the memorial items. I was even more surprised when a I recieved a sympathy card hand signed by the entire team at Vetcare! I recommend them to everyone!

Terrible experience! If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been taking my senior chihuahuas there for years and this has got to be the worse experience. I made an appointment and they said he needed an exam to do that ($80) plus the gland thing which was ($50). I take him in and during the exam the vet recommends that he get blood work for his refill which I was ok with because he is 12 yo, they take him to the back and a tech comes back to tell me his nails need a trim. I am well aware of this but he always gets very anxious so they have told us in the past to take him sedated. I mentioned this to the tech and also said that if he let himself then I would be ok with them trimming his nails. The guy leaves and all I hear is my dog yelping and crying in the back, shortly the tech comes back smiling to tell me that I was right and that my dog “broke” a nail because he was so stressed. Not OK. Shortly after the tech came the vet comes in to explain that when they went to do the anal glands that he was trying to nip at them (he’s missing 4 teeth at the bottom and weighs 6 lbs) and she decided to muzzle him! They have never done that in the past. She said that he was very stressed trying to take the muzzle off with his nails and one got caught and he pulled it out. Why would you muzzle a 6 lb senior dog missing teeth?! So, they bring my dog out with his paw still gushing blood and I asked them to please bandage it which they did and they made me go back the next day so they could do blood work and they could charge me for a nail trim! He took of the bandage on the way home so I go back and the lady at the front desk (Jenny) who seemed bothered doing her job went to ask if they could bandage him again and they did. The next day my husband takes our dog back and they charged him for a nail trim which I felt should not have been a charge after they traumatized my dog and injured him. They tell my husband that the lab results should be back. I waited until end of day to call to get results on Monday since I hadn’t heard from them and I call (Jenny answers) super dismissive and rude telling me they’ll call me back after she sends a message to the provider. She calls me back and leaves a vm because I’m at work and says to me that they could either call me back today or Friday for results. How does that make sense? And instead of getting a call on Friday I got an email telling me he needs further tests that will cost me $94. Very professional. Thankfully I work at a Costco pharmacy and we fill a lot of medications (50% of our scripts are probably pet) and I do see scripts for this clinic. I will be telling the patients to not go there they lack empathy and customer service skills treating senior dogs.

I am so happy with my new vet’s office! The staff is great and they understand my desire for less vaccinations and medications and more nutrition! I want my puppy to develop his own immunity! They offer helpful tips and they do so at a fair price! I highly recommend them!

I’ve been taking my senior cats to Vetcare for years and they have provided excellent care. Everybody at the front desk (shout out to Alexis and Neil), all the vet techs (James and Sandra you’re amazing) and all the doctors are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Dr. Feldman and Dr. Fishman have been my cats main doctors, though all the doctors I have met there are fantastic. It’s clear they care a lot about their patients and make sure my kitties are as comfortable as possible. I have other family members who also go to Vetcare and are very happy with their experiences. They have a great facility that is always welcoming and the pricing is quite reasonable. It’s well worth it to know my family is getting the best care. I’m so appreciative of everything they have done, and continue to do for us.

Fantastic and very reasonable pricing. Was able to see me same day. Saw my dog almost immediately at my appointment time and didnt make me wait. No annoying paperwork to fill out, they do things digitally. Was able to get 2 vaccines, a wellness check, and a urinalysis for $250. Dr Fishmam was friendly and clearly had a lot of experience with animals. Front desk staff was kind and organized. Entire place was clean and well kept. Mac loved it!
