Groom Room

Literally called to ask about grooming service. Woman picked up the phone, rudely said she was not taking any new clients and hung up on us. Not very kind to someone who just lost their mother out of nowhere and inherited her two dogs. Trying to find a kind person to help groom our babies. Now please tell me how this was great customer service?...... we know a ton of people in the area being AVP of Advent Health and a Teacher. Not a kind thing to do.... could have simply informed us kindly you weren't accepting any new clients and said have a great day and ended the call. Not sure what kind of day you were having but that would have been a more kinder professional interaction with someone. Business owner 101 always have great WOW customer service every moment you get.....

We had a wonderful first time experience here! Debbie was wonderful! She did a great job on my Max, a cute little lamb cut exactly as I asked her to do! She's a very kind lady who is extremely reasonable with her prices in comparison to other groomers. We will be going back to her without a doubt! I will continue to use her as my groomer from here on out! Thank you Debbie for a job well done! I'm very pleased and you have yourself a new customer!

Debbie at the Groom is awesome. Feel very safe leaving my dog in her care. The place is always clean. She listens to my needs for my dog. Weather it is just for a bath or grooming, Debbie does a fabulous job. She has flexible hours. She has great space for boarding. Love this place and Debbie!

This is the best grooming experience my dogs and have ever had. The groomer was very friendly and helpful and my dogs, (who are usually stressed out of their minds at a groomer), were very comfortable and looked incredible. And, her prices are fantastic! I'll never go to another groomer!

Our dog has extreme separation anxiety, and in general, he's poorly behaved when anyone attempts grooming him. Years ago, our dog was physically(well...and mentally too) harmed by a rogue Petsmart groomer who made no attempt to hide her disdain for our dog's fearful and uncooperative demeanor. After picking him up that time, he seemed nearly traumatized. When you tried the petting him in certain places, he would cry/yelp in a painful way. After this experience, the fear of someone abusing our dog kept us from grooming for quite some time. The Groom Room is a wonderful, dog-friendly place. The owner/groomer, Debbie has a very calm/professional way of interacting with animals. When explaining our fear/concerns to her on the first visit, she was very sympathetic and understanding. We are given the option of waiting outside in the car while he's being groomed, however, we rarely take advantage of that, as we feel very comfortable leaving him. Our dogs haircuts come out wonderfully, and he responds well to the way Debbie handles him. Conveniently located in a low-congestion area. Wide range of convenient appointment times. Highly recommended for concerned pet owners such as myself.
