I shop here very often. The store is always kept immaculate and the staff is always super friendly.! Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful! Their animal care is pristine. Their aquatic department is always stocked all their plants look amazing. ! I’ve been to other pet stores in the area and hands down Tarpon Petco is the best.! Thank you

I went in to purchase dog food and had an uncomfortable interaction with the cashier, Leroy. While checking out, he asked if I loved my dog, and when I said yes, he pointed to the food I was buying and said, ‘Get her better food.’ This is actually the second time he has made comments about my purchase. I understand everyone may have their own opinions, but remarks like that are unnecessary and made me feel awkward and judged as a customer. My dog has severe allergies, and after trying multiple options, this food has been the only one that has truly helped her skin and overall health.

Went there to get Critical Care for our pet rabbit and did not have it. This is an important item. Traded my service to a more caring Pet Store. Won't go back there.

I have a Pomeranian and I brought him to the grooming department at Petco and I’m very disappointed in the haircut. My Pomeranian has all chopped up, uneven pieces horrible work. I’m very unhappy. This is a picture of an idea of what his hair looks like. I will not return there ever and it was more expensive than anywhere else. It was like $72 for a haircut.

Great store with everything I need for my little critters - two leopard geckos! Here is one of them - happy and with a full tummy! My kids just love them both! They are helpful and well educated in animals!
