Best groomers in Johnson City! Highly recommend! Alix is amazing wiry my furbaby. Salon is very clean.

Dolly and Abbey are our 2 four legged kids. We could not be more pleased with the grooming the received. Abbey is a Silky and Dolly is a Mini Goldendoodle. The place smells good and is very clean. Staff very friendly. Allix is awesome.

I was recommended to this establishment by a friend. I felt lucky we could get in for my pup to get groomed, little did I know it would be a nightmare. After getting my pup back into my care I noticed cuts this would not have upset me had the groomer been transparent with me. However that was just the beginning I was charged extra not communicated well with and gave excuse after excuse that the groomer thought it was okay these cuts were on my pup. Whenever confronted about everything I didn’t get an apology or a resolution just more excuses. I feel as a groomer it is your profession and your job to do so professionally. When I do my job at work I do so professionally I don’t hand out excuses and I also correct my mistakes. I’m only leaving this review because the groomer refused to put me in contact with the owner of this establishment. I would love for the owner to contact me to find a resolution to this whatever that may be. However at this moment I do not recommend taking any animal to this establishment.

Morgan Lester is the best!!! She not only does a fabulous job grooming my doodle, Henry, but most importantly he loves her and that means the world to me! I know he’s well loved when he’s there❤️

Maria cuts our corgi's hair, and we couldn't be happier. We refuse to take her to PetsMart because of the allegations that have surfaced. Maria thins her dead fur, trims nails, cuts mats, all for an affordable price. Our corgi loves Maria because she spends time gaining her client's trust. And she smells so good after her grooming!
