Impeccable customer service from Dr. Nina Kozak!!! So thankful. Our beloved dog Polo Snowball transitioned recently and they took good care of him and his physical body. In addition, they sent us the most loving card and two copies of his paw prints in the mail. Such a sweet, loving, classy, and unexpected touch. Forever thankful! 🙏🏾

Update: While vet’s themselves are great, the front desk is advanced levels of awful. The practice itself is unaccommodating with disabilities and no longer process appointment requests online. After making an appointment weeks in advance I arrive only to find they had lost it. I’ll keep using them for my elderly kitties because the vets are invested in their care, but I’m taking my younger ones elsewhere. Dr. Mathios and Dr. Tan are the best! Over the past many months my older cats have had a multitude of health issues, and they’ve both been knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate the whole time. Prices for veterinary care always seem expensive - but they aren’t disproportionately more than other providers in the area. I’m very grateful to live so close to such great care.

We had to say goodbye to our dog Crinklecut this past weekend, but Crown Heights Animal Hospital gave him the absolute best care possible over the past 3 and a half years. The doctors and nurses are kind and compassionate, and we always had our questions and concerns heard and answered. We're grateful they are our neighborhood vet, and hope someday to return with a new four-legged friend.

We've had three cats treated at this hospital, in situations ranging from routine checkups to emergency care to end of life care. In every instance, the medical and administrative staff has treated our animals and us with care and competence. We have never had to wait for more than ten minutes to be seen, and have always left the hospital feeling that complete attention and care had been paid to our guys. Thank you, C.H.A.C., for everything so far, and for everything to come.
