Platinum Paw Pet Grooming and Boarding

We took our two 6 month old Yorkies too have them mini Groomed is what she called it. Which is face, sanitary areas, and paws. I am extremely dissatisfied... Not only was the price astronomical, but the quality off the work was horrible. Our puppies ears looked horrible. The hair was gapped, and the only part that was cut on the ear was the very tip. When you trim the ears you trim all the hairs off the edges of the ears. And you don't gap the hair on the outside of the ear. Then the whole sanitary areas wasn't done at all. I asked for this so when they use the bathroom it stays cleaner for them and easier when I bath them. Which I do weekly. Then the paws. The only part they did do was trimming the hair. But the hair between the pads wasn't done at all, and their nails weren't even touched. Did they look cute when I picked them up? Absolutely! But after getting them home I started noticing the things that were and we're not drive me done or not done right. After getting them home they have been shaking horribly, and when I go to pick either of them up they growl. They never did that before going there. The last thing is the price. I was charged more than I have ever paid for an animal to be groomed. Especially since the things weren't done right or finished. I will never take our babies back to them. But only because of the price, but the sheer fact that there quality of the work was horrible. I wouldn't mind paying what I paid if the work justified the price. And if they treated our babies well. But I don't feel either was the case here. I won't be back and if you love your fur babies I wouldn't taken them there....

The groomer was really nice and helpful. Im a first time dog owner and wasn't sure what to get done for my 7m old pup. She gave me a lot of recommendations and went with a mini groom since it was his first time. His nails were trimmed and filed which is way better then just trimming because it leaves them smooth. Also I like that he didn't have an overly strong perfume smell. No perfume smell no wet dog smell. No smell is best!

I took my dog coco to them and they cut her so good for the summer. She was so cute and I loved it, I cried. My name is Natoshia and I would recommend them to any new customer cause that was her first time and she liked it. If she didn't I loved the experience. I have been taking my Goldendoodle here for the last year or so. It was a wonderful experience until they changed owners. The new owner is kind but she has new groomers as well. I took my doodle there and they SHAVED him! They also sliced the bridge of his nose opened, and sliced his paw pads! I highly DO NOT recommend taking your animal here. When he was given back to us the owner said "Doesn't he look better?" No, he does not look better! He is now in pain and looks extremely goofy! Not satisfied and will never be returning.

First time customer, I was able to get an appointment the next day. My dog looked great! Her ears and tail weren't cut too short, like other places have done in the past. We will definitely be returning customers and refer others to them.
