(from Google)Groomers were very good with my 3 dogs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and had all of the pet supplies you may need.
I can’t say enough nice things about this store! We have a new puppy (it’s been 16 years since we’ve had a new baby) and they’ve taken so much time with me to find food, treats, and products. They explain and show me how the products work. Love love love this store!
So thankful for the knowledgeable owner giving us advice on what was causing our dog’s seizures. She advised us that rosemary oil was likely the culprit and low and behold the dog food we had switched to when the seizures started contains rosemary oil. We have been in here a few times purchasing treats and buffalo horns for our dogs and found a great supplement in here as well. Always great customer service.
DO. NOT. RECOMMEND. We took our two dogs to get groomed and only used them because our groomers booked out till the end of January. We picked up our dog and my dad noticed when he picked him up, a huge gash above his eye. Mind you, this is two days after grooming. How he even got cut this bad, beyond me. Not to mention the uneven cut on his face as well. Just overall a poor job.
I have used Whole Pets for grooming previously and had an amazing experience, however today I took my dog in to get groomed and specifically said his nails needs to be filed bc they were “scratchy” and when I got him his nails were so much worse he cut my leg with them, his lil face was completely awful eyes looked awful and face cut was so uneven looked like they just chopped his hair, no kind of blending. I went back in and she ran over him extremely fast he war still wet and had hair all over the place. I am very very unsatisfied with this service for the price I paid this is ridiculous! I don’t mind paying for good service, but this was awful!!!! Replying to Lisa’s comment. That is in fact not true Lisa, I told her Toby may have matting on back, but I take very good care of him. Brushing and bathing. His face looks like a child went to play with scissors. I moved is why the change in groomers. His nails were awful sharp cutting my leg I walked back in with my leg bleeding. I don’t remember speaking to you about anything. To put words in my mouth is very unprofessional!
