This is the best place. Have taken dogs and cats here. They handle everything and are so sweet when you have to let a pet go. I cannot recommend them enough

Dr. White has been taking care of my dogs and horses for over 10 years. When you have show horses you acquire many vets. Though I love all my vets, Dr. White is my favorite and most trusted. Her equine and small animal knowledge is second to none! She is an outstanding vet as are all of the vets that work in her practice.

Oh, the new facility is beautiful! We have been using AAC for 21+ years, and they are family. Dr. White and Dr. Rodriguez are the very best in the business, and the supporting team is just as amazing. They take seriously your horse / cow / chicken / duck / parrot / dog / cat / hamster care with no convoluted prices. The staff looks for medicine discounts for the patients because they are just people with animals of their own. Thank you, Allen Animal Clinic, for taking care of my "real" kids, year in and year out, as if they were your own. Here's a picture of what Tidbit (Nala) thought of her shots today!

Best veterinary clinic in DFW! Their care for animals is number one priority over profits. Every doctor and staff member is patient, caring, and goes the extra mile to provide exceptional service. Above all, Doctor Norton is a special kind of wonderful. My husband and I rescued two GS puppies from the same litter and unfortunately, the male pup, our beloved Sarge, was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of one. During our first meeting with Dr. Norton, the staff noticed Sarge was struggling with the confinement of an exam room so they immediately moved us to the livestock area where he would feel more comfortable to roam. Dr. Norton sat on the floor with Sarge rubbing his belly, and told us not to feel rushed, ask as many questions as possible no matter how long it took. He made himself available to us 24/7 via phone (seriously, sometimes even at 8pm) and did extensive research to help us find the right balance of medication. He even worked with a pharmacy to get us the best price on prescriptions. Unfortunately after 3 years, the epilepsy took a toll on Sarge’s body and he suffered a cluster of Grand Mal seizures. Within days, we received a handwritten card signed by every staff member with their condolences. I simply cannot explain how grateful we were to have this team on our side guiding us through the process. Five stars doesn’t do them justice.
