We had a good visit with Dr. Little this week for our dog Bentley’s annual checkup. He’s personable and professional; we appreciate his ongoing care for Bentley who has turned 11 years old this year. Costs are pretty high at Animal Hospital of Collin County but we have taken our pets there for more than 30 years; better value may be found elsewhere but we have depended on them and they have provided reliable pet care, so we’ll continue to use them. Thanks to the staff and to Dr. Little for another good checkup!

I highly recommend this team and I am so grateful to have their support. They have taken great care of my cat for his whole life, from neutering to resolving his gastrointestinal problems, providing advice and solutions for behavioral concerns, and even saving him from a very serious UTI a few years ago. Yesterday I came into the animal hospital with a new family member, this time for a senior rescue dog who is heartworm positive. I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin, but Connor and Dr. Brown showed me and my new family member great kindness, patience, and love. Dr. Brown put together a plan for us and they gave us all the time we needed and were very reassuring. Thank you, Animal Hospital of Collin County!!

AHCC is a great establishment with great people who care about your pet and your concerns for them. The staff builds personal relationships with the animals and just makes you feel in good hands. AHCC has been our go-to for our dogs for over 15 years.

I would just like to absolutely say how amazing the service was here. I called right as they opened to see how quickly I could bring my dog to be seen due to a non-urgent allergic reaction. I was able to get an appointment an hour and twenty minutes later. The process was very smooth and all of the staff I had the pleasure of meeting were so nice and friendly. Dr. Brown was very thorough with her explanation as well as allowing me to voice my concerns. They were so gentle and sweet with my pup, I definitely feel very safe bringing my dog here for any future needs. I also appreciate them being very transparent with their prices (that were definitely reasonable) and didn’t proceed until they went over the costs of everything with me. Thank you again to all the staff!

My cat was with the Animal Hospital of Collin County for 2 years. If you’re reading this you’re probably aware of what it’s like to look for good animal patient care right now. This clinic is privately owned, not bought out by private equity. If you don’t know what this means, it’s worth finding out. Their exceptional pricing, patient care, and staff reflect it. Every interaction I had with the entire clinic staff over 2 years was positive and I never felt rushed. I never felt pressured to spend more money or that I was wasting anyone’s time with anxious parent questions. Anything I paid for was more than fairly priced, and considering all the extra care, probably even a bit underpriced. I felt like my cat was a part of their family, and if you’ve never had a clinic treat your animal the way you do, I can promise that this clinic will. The entire team I interacted with, Sara, Kelsey, Laurie, Brandy, Darrian, Connor, Hannah, Kate, of course Dr. Brown, all the other vet techs and front desk staff, they were all there for us anytime we needed anything. And we needed a lot. I can’t recommend Dr. Brown enough as a person or veterinarian. The way she works with patients isn’t like any other professional I’ve seen, and she and their entire team will be there for you and your family, just like they were for us.
