Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming The Woodlands

They overbook big time and give a 3-4 hour window. I think it’s truly ridiculous that they over book and only have one groomer for so many dogs. They say an hour and three and a half hours later we still waited no matter what day you go on. They used to be so good until about six months ago. They need to stop overbooking and hire more groomers because my dog has anxiety issues and separation anxiety and to wait for four hours is not ok with us!

My elderly terrier doesn't mind going here. She is a hard trim for most places but this place gets her in and out in record time with almost no stress on her. They are so good with her.

we had to get our 2 australian shepherds groomed here as our normal groomer is out and we had a terrible experience. first, this location is severely overpriced. the mini groom we normally get is $65/ dog and we add a $15 deshed treatment, but here it is $85/ dog and $25 for the deshed; $30 more expensive per dog is crazy and not at all what the mini groom is worth. on top of that, one of my dogs came back half-groomed. the mini groom is supposed to include their tummy being shaved as part of the “sanitary groom” and whoever groomed my older dog (ashley i believe) did it and the groomer for my younger dog, erica, did not. she also groomed his ears unevenly and did not cut the long hairs i specifically pointed out at drop off. when i was dropping off my dogs, ashley clearly understood what we wanted done, was kind, and took my dog back without any issue. however, erica was not listening to what we wanted, kept talking over us and telling us about the breed as though we were unfamiliar with what kind of dogs we own, had us fumbling with switching the leashes and collars instead of just taking him back, and told me that his eyes were red because he was stressed and not because he had just been pulling on the 2 slip leads during the leash fiasco. to be honest, i should have just left and taken my dog with me because i was very uncomfortable with erica. when it came to pickup, it was again chaotic. they could not harness my older dog correctly so i had to go do and then they just let my younger dog, who i told them is reactive to bigger dogs, loose in the store instead of properly leashing him before opening the door. i have called the store to ask about the sanitary grooming being missed and the person on the phone seemed very hesitant to let me bring my dog back in to get it done and wants me to send pictures as proof that it wasn’t done since i can’t bring my dog back until friday when i am off of work. needless to say i will not be using this location again for any services or purchases in the future. i will be taking my dog back to finish the grooming service that i already paid for, but i will not be leaving him there alone because i have lost all trust with them. save your money and go to woof gang on spring stuebner where the services are priced correctly and the staff is kind, listens to what you want, and treats your dogs the way you would.

10 out of 10 experience!!!!! I have a mini Aussie and she gets very nervous and scared with a lot of noise especially in the grooming environment. I came and first saw the groomer Roxy and she was wonderful!!!! I expressed my concerns and she was able to give the best advice for my girl Zena, which was to come back on Sunday to have Ms. Erika groom her as to she has more experience with the type of dog and how Zena is. When we arrived, Zena automatically took to Ms.Erika! Ms.Roxy called me multiple times throughout Zenas groom to update me on how she was doing which definitely made a difference for me!!!! Instead of picking up a scared shaky dog, I picked up my dog that was happy and very well groomed!!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Ms. Roxy or Ms.Erika! They were both wonderful!!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Woof Gang in The Woodlands (Creekside)! The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer service. They had a wide variety of supplies, and I was delighted to receive several samples. Parking was plentiful behind the store, which made my visit even more convenient. I highly recommend Woof Gang for all your pet needs!
