(from Google)New park I discovered near the house I just bought in Tampa. Pretty little walk along the river with a floating dock and kayak launch. I was pleased to see there was a sidewalk that went under the bridge at Hillsborough Ave so that you don't have to cross the busy road to get to that neighborhood, as I have friends that live up there.
Great walk along the river. There are a few enhancements I could do, It would be nice if there was a path a little closer to the river including a small bridge like they have at ulele.
It was very relaxing, nice place to look at the draw bridge. And see the ducks .nice trees
What a pleasant afternoon! Plead guilty- waited till the children left and stroller over to the swings from the bench! It s been too long! Never grow up. Never grow old!
The nicest part of this park is that it situated along the Hillsboro River. It’s a decent sized open area but there are no facilities. This is a great place to take your dog for a walk, or just relax along the river for a while. You’ll have to park on the side of the road as there is no designated parking. The grass is nice and the park is clean. This is also a nicer part of town. Another interesting part of this park is it has one of the most beautiful benches I’ve ever seen. There are three dimensional glass ornaments recessed into the granite. It’s quite striking.
