It’s really hard to find a good vet these days. I’ve been through many, the doctors at Orchard have been great with my boy nacho. They’ve explained the situation and options I could take to treat him. They’ve went above and beyond so far While going through these hard times. everyone there is very nice and helpful. I will be recommending Orchard vets to all my family and friends.

Brought in our 10 year old dog who was experiencing spinal pain. The team was incredibly supportive and sympathetic towards us the entire time. We loved how they really seemed to not only listen to all of our concerns but then investigated those concerns for us. They treated our dog with grace and she seemed very comfortable around staff even with her discomfort in her back. They were able to diagnose her within the hour with IVDD and put her on medication and came up with a care plan we were happy with. I can’t recommend this place enough. They are very transparent with costs and even with bloodwork, X-rays and the exam itself, it was pretty reasonable for us.

We had the most wonderful experience today with Dr. Sammie, Nicole (vet tech), and Fauna at the front desk, Kimberly and Eden. Truly — we couldn’t be more grateful. We’re brand-new cat parents and just brought home our rescue kitten, Willow, a week ago. When she started having breathing 'fits' we were honestly scared and imagining the worst. We showed up with a LOT of questions. From the moment we walked in, they treated us with such kindness and patience. Not once did we feel rushed or silly. Dr. Sammie and Nicole answered every single question we had very thoughtfully and made us feel completely at ease. They gently examined Willow, X-rayed her, clipped her nails, diagnosed a double ear infection and an upper respiratory infection (not asthma like we feared — huge relief!), and explained everything so clearly. They made sure her microchip was in, and showed me how to put in ear drops properly. Even though the clinic was busy, we felt like we were the only family there. Glad I chose this place! They got us in right away too. The prices are fair. If you’re anxious or new to pet parenting like we are, this is exactly the team you hope for. We left feeling calm, confident, and very lucky to have found them.

Six days ago I took my cat Bonnie to be spayed. I was very nervous because many places didn't give me detailed information about the procedure. At Orchard Veterinary Medical Center, they answered all my questions in a single phone call. I had her vaccinated there weeks before, and everything was perfect. They provide post-operative medication, and the service was truly spectacular. My Bonnie is in perfect health and, above all, felt safe the entire time she was at the center.

He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, answers all questions with patience and clarity, and always puts the health and comfort of our animals first. You can tell he truly loves what he does and treats every pet like his own. Dr. Davies went above and beyond during our recent visit—his attention to detail, kindness, and proactive approach gave us so much peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful to have found a vet who is not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and caring.
