Great staff, professional and kind. Worth the price.

This review is NOT under any circumstances in regard to any care my pet has received at this hospital. I have brought my Shorkie there a few times and the vets are genuinely amazing. This review is based on their CHOOSING not to allow the use of Care Credit when their website clearly states they accept it AND the hospital is clearly listed as a facility that accepts Care credit. My dog is now a senior and going through skin and health challenges i felt like i had a reason to take her in as she suddenly developed two large lumps on her belly and seemed more lethargic than usual. When i made my appointment i asked to confirm that they took Care credit and they said no. I don’t have the money to cover this sudden expense so before my appointment today i again called to confirm just in case the associate i spoke to misunderstood me and i was told that they DO take it BUT the machine was down and taking every card EXCEPT Care credit… how is that even possible? How does that make sense? I was forced to cancel the appointment and I’m honestly so disappointed and frustrated because it feels more like they are CHOOSING not to take the card. It’s not like I’m buying clothes I’m trying to save my pet and this is heartbreaking.

I loved the doctor. Rocko doesn't like men and he liked the doctor. He was great, kind & easy going.

A group of veterinarians with a compassionate heart. They treats my dogs like babies and is one of the only doctors that has been able to control my dog’s allergies. Also is by appointment so not a long wait. The staff is really sweet. They also sell dog food, and most importantly they have parking.

Very Nice, Helpful & Friendly Animal Lover Place & Also Fast Service. Our Baby Río got his first vet visit and he is happy with the service they gave him. Thank you so much and I also recommend people to this place.
