Great overlook and an easy hike! Parking is terrible though - just a heads up!

Nice fairly easy short hike to the top of the water fall. Not muddy or slippery so long as the rain has not been here for about three days before your hike. There are only four (4) parking spots at the head of the trail to the top of the falls. Nice views.

If you're close to here, you've gotta stop and walk a little. God's made some beautiful sites for us to see. Being a native Floridan, we don't have the change of season. It's either warm or VERY hot. I've lived in SW FL 57 years ( all my life ). Can't wait to sell my home and move to the mountains. My girlfriend and my dogs feel at home here. In Lookout Valley, people actually have respect for one another.

Short walk, might be challenging on a wet day as a lot of leaves and tree roots on the path. Not much water but you could go right into the stream. Cool clear water! The only reason this is a four star is you are actually on the top of the falls and you can't see the falls. Good view down the valley. Went on a weekday around 1:00 and had the place to ourselves. Worth a stop if you are close.

This was an incredible find. The trail to the top of the waterfall was quick enough, but had such a great view and quiet water spot for kids to dunk. It is very scary for those with fear of heights and roads leading to it are very windy and steep. We wish we had time to explore trails to the bottom of the waterfall, but trails weren't marked and family members needed a bathroom, which was not available nearby.
