My cat was lost. A man brought her to them. They found me, she's chipped. They did an exam on her, fixed her up. I picked her up, was given paperwork of what they did at exam. All was done for free! Free! No charge! No trying for a money grab at all! I don't know about the dog side. I like the large koi pond inside. Clean. I had no problem with front staff. They all did their job well and were nice

The best veterinarian in WNY. Hands down. I know FOR SURE that any other doctor would have given up on my senior dog. Thoughtful, caring and always doing what is best for the patient. I can not say enough about Dr Schaedler and her staff. Mr Bentley is in the best hands ! As far as the FEW negative reviews regarding the staff, no shows that require fees are simply being responsible for the appointment that was missed that another sick animal could have had. Gail, Tiff and Marilyn are ALWAYS compassionate and I have never been refused an appointment when my dog was sick or even in an emergency, regardless of how busy they were. I think that is FAR more important than paying a no show fee. No show fees are EVERYWHERE and those fees are deterrents. Keep up the AMAZING work. We are LUCKY to have you in our community. You are there when we need you. That is immeasurable.

they are the nicest people ever and they really care for your pets. when we put our ari down, the doctor was so sweet and really has a love for rats. they gave us this beautiful memorial for our lost baby.
