Hospital Veterinario

This is a veterinary clinic without any veterinarian ,he arrives at his clinic late in the afternoon and the assistants are caring for the animals.Maybe they have the best of intentions but belief me this is not the service you are paying and is really expensive. I will never ever return to this place.

Unless you have a cat or dog, do not bring them to this place. This is not an exotic pet specialist. I moved to Puerto Rico alone with my pet rat and they allowed him to die over a simple respiratory infection. They refuse to give him B12 shots. They wouldn't tell me what they even did to him. I had to pay over $300 and my pet still died. All he needed was antibiotics. That's all he needed, antibiotics. Everyday I cry because these people killed my friend and they want me to pay over $300. If you have a pet that you love, trust your instincts because no doctor knows your pet better than you do. I will never recover from this scam.

The worst vet I have ever experienced in my entire life, arrived at 2pm to drop off my bird and 9 hours later through the hassle of calling them back and forth to find out what is going on I showed up to demand my bird back, the veterinarian didn’t even come out to speak to me they called me on the phone when I am litterally sitting in the office 15 feet away from them… then to find out my bill was over 100$ more then they told me it would be when I had dropped off my pet, the floors had blood droplets scattered all over them, the most absolutely worse service this place should be shut down.

They had my cat for 9!!! hours for grooming only for it to be bad. They removed all of her hair without my consent, it was uneven, ears not clean, nails cut horribly. I specified how I wanted her hair to look and they did not listen. Super slow service. Not worth the price. My cat was shaking when I picked her up.

Everyone here is so nice, and treated me and my dog so well. The vet takes time to explain what’s going on and makes sure you understand everything. The rest of the staff is wonderful and SO SWEET! There’s other vets where I have felt like a burden calling to check on my pet but here they are more then happy to have you call and make sure your animal is doing well. It’s clear they enjoy what they do ❤️
