VCA Tri City Animal Hospital and Acacia Cat Hospital

Tri City's receptionist staff, vet techs, and Dr Kostov are amazing human beings. Dr Kostov reached out to me during my cat's referred emergency vet stay, and asked for updates throughout the process and after her recovery. I will stay with VCA Tri City for as long as Dr Kostov is practicing there.

Took my Lennon kitty here when he started to being lethargic and not eating and Dr.Kostov did so much to help us to figure out what was wrong with him and saved his life!!! Cannot thank her and this vet enough! They really care and made a difficult experience as easy as they could. Forever grateful!

We drive an hour to take our dog to this vet specifically, we love it here! Vets are always so nice and knowledgeable and treat my pets with care.

I asked a friend who the veterinarian she used was and she gave me the number for them. The doctor and all the staff are so knowledgeable . They take the time to explain everything and answer all questions. It’s only been a few days but I can see my mom’s dog looking and feeling better. I would highly recommend this clinic for all your veterinary needs.

My newly adopted 10 year old westie wasn't feeling so well. I had called other vets earlier in the day with no luck on getting Sis in to get seen. To be honest, I was reluctant to try this location because I expected the services to be very expensive. However when I called and spoke to one of the receptionists, she directed me to their website to fill out a short form to take advantage of their "first exam free" discount. She also booked Sis for the same day, just a few hours later. I'll spare the unfortunate details of the diagnosis and action we had to take, but I want to commend the entire staff on such a wonderful job they did taking care of us today. We were: *Reassured continuously *Thoroughly educated about her condition, plan of action, and all pricing options *Treated with such kindness and compassion *Fortunate enough to have them work with us on the final bill They really care about the pets here. I will never recommend any other vet to anyone else. This place is special. Lastly, a big THANK YOU to the doctor that helped us today for her delicate care in such a difficult situation. RIP Sis 🩷
