(from Google)Trail is not like super easy but dorable. There are steep places and some flat. Nice view of the mountain on one side and shaded most of places . The fall in November is not as huge as it was during the regular season but it is nice view . It is about 3 miles up and down. Saw a few deers on my way out. Bathroom is available at the trailhead . Dog friendly.
People say this one is easy but for my knees it was definitely one hell of a hike. I hated the dust that is generated as you walk the narrow shaded areas but overall id do it again. Its a beautiful fall and well worth the hike. Bring water bring snacks and go for it
Great hike. Beautiful views. Fairly easy. Parking at the trailhead isn't bad, but might get full during the summer. My wife and I hiked it in about 2 hours and 45 minutes, and that was at a pretty leisurely pace, stopping to take pictures. There are a few places where you have to get over or around some downed trees, and the last part of the trail near the falls is pretty rocky, so be careful. I would recommend at least real good shoes, hiking shoes or boots may be better. In the morning, some of the rocks can be a little slick. But again, I'm 60 and my wife is 62 and we are in decent shape and we had no trouble. The fellow hikers all seemed very friendly. Dogs are allowed on the trail. If you are into birds, we could hear a lot, but only saw a few.
Such a fun hike! It was a pretty moderate hike. Very pretty views and felt safe. Parking was a hit and miss but could find a spot. However it's $10 for a 1-3 day pass. But the annual pass is $60. If using cash bring exact amount or use a credit card.
This beautiful hike was easy enough for most anyone to hike. A little less than 4 miles round trip. There’s a few climbs but not to bad. With the color change, it was a beautiful hike and the fall had plenty of water running down.
