Lot One

When we showed up for our reservation, the place was packed, and our table wasn't ready. So, we were given the option to wait five or ten minutes, or we could be seated in their "private dining area" located where their bbq restaurant used to be. We opted for the latter, and we enjoyed our meals very much. The main dining area was noisy, so I did only give atmosphere four stars. However, it was wonderful where we were seated.

I like the place but feel the need to let others know what to expect. They do not have thier barbecue menu available all time. Seems random, which is nowhere mentioned on their website or when making an online reservation. I cannot reach anyone by phone and answering system does not accept messages. Often drinks from the bar come after the appetizers arrive. Several times they were just forgot about. We have even encountered days when the business was closed to the public for private events, which is great for them but not so much for those of us who'd like to come in for brunch and find a closed sign on the door. I am all about supporting our local business owners but consistency is such a important factor when deciding to return.

My fiancée and I had a celebratory dinner here. We've been a few times and the food, service, and atmosphere is always excellent. While they specialize at BBQ, they have food to suit any preference. My fiancée loves their truffle aioli and fried okra, and has had the chicken bites and said they were excellent. I'm a vegan and they actually have multiple options that I can eat (which is rare for a BBQ place). I had the Glory Bowl and it was one of the more delicious things I've ever eaten. Shout out and big thanks to Grace for recommending it and for the impeccable service. We'll decibel be back and I suggest you give them a try, too!

Man, Colorado is racking up the great eating spots!! Lot One has a cool neighborhood bar and chic eats vibe! Came for the BBQ and dessert. Needless to say, we did not make it to dessert. The food was amazing. Will definitely be back! 10/10!!
