Broncos Cowboy Bar & Restaurant

I cannot express how great the food and service for this restaurant is. this is a definite stop for anyone near Ponce. we got the waygu burger with a special made sauce by the owner and it was one of the best burgers I have ever ate. one of my children got the pulled pork burger and he said it was one of the best sandwiches he has ever had. lastly my husband and son split a rack of ribs and they fell off the bone. once again if you are near it is a must stop and see and you won't be disappointed! when we come back to Puerto Rico this will definitely be a stop we make.

Poor customer service. Ordered passion fruit mojito while dining in. Mojito was pale and taste like water and lemonade. I questioned bartender about it in the hopes of having it changed for something else being that is was clear mojitos were not his specialty. He responded it’s the way they make it and never offered to switch it or make a new one. I expressed the same concern to my waiter and he polite asked if we wanted something else. When he comes back with the new drink he expressed that the manager said we still had to pay for the initial mojito because my husband had drank from it. I said ok (but fuming 😡 inside). What is it costing you??? , you see we’re consuming at your establishment. I ended up paying for the watery lemonade and drove up one minute to Casita de. Campo and was served an original mojito!!!

The food was good, though some food items came cold, the taste was exelent. The service and ambiance of the restaurant are really good. If toure looking for a place that reminds you of the cowboy style US restaurants with a small puertorican twist this is the place for you. Be aware that its an outside dining experience, no ac.

Stopped in to grab something to eat for the family. Nice place and the food was good. Granddaughter played outside while we waited for our for to take back to the airbnb. Had more food but forgot to take pictures of it.

Stumbled upon this place with a quick google search. Was looking for pet friendly and so glad we chose this place to check out! The best food we tried on the island during our trip. Hector was such a great waiter! Highly recommend the chicken breast wrapped in bacon stuffed with sausage and cream cheese and can’t forget the guava sauce! Truly amazing food.
