(from Google)Absolutely delicious with reasonable prices. We went for supper. I had one of the chef specials. Mine was chicken stuffed with chorizo (not spicy at all) and sweet plantain. It was covered with a 3 cheese sauce and had a side of red beans and rice. It was more than enough for me and I'm a big man.
This place brings the flavors of your grandmother's kitchen. Enid was our waitress she had very good suggestions and they were on point. La sopa de platános were delicious, fresh and oh soo tasty. The trifongo with Churrasco was so tender and well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Flan con guyaba is a must. Highly recommend ..
The lunch special was delicious, it has a great seasoning. The caprese chicken breast was exquisite and juicy, the “jibaro” rice was on another level. I can't leave the almond flan behind. Wow! It was spectacular, not very sweet and it's home made. Very good service, attention and the place is very cozy. I loved everything. 💯 Recommended
Beautiful with good service, but a little too expensive. La Terapia sits like a cool oasis on the otherwise blazing hot Ponce. It's a comfortable place with nice tables and air conditioned salons. The food is excellent, and generally very good tasting and fresh. They even have fresh plantains which are super hard to find. The prices, however, are expensive. I paid $12 for rice and beans with chicken. Most places in Ponce have that for $9 or lower. Not to mention that most places have lunch ranging from $7-10, some even with delivery, so I can't say the prices are the star of this restaurant. But I will say that the atmosphere is nice and enjoyable. The service was excellent too. Wait time is very long for lunch (30-45 minutes) so if you have just an hour for lunch, think twice before visiting. Unless you call (and even then, according to some of my peers). Overall, if you don't mind the wait time and the high prices, this is a beautiful place to visit and enjoy. Just keep in mind that the competition for lunch in Ponce is STRONG. 4.4/5 ⭐️
We are travellers passing by Ponce and we’re just looking for a dinner place. Its location is right at a corner which Google maps will take you behind the building, take a left turn and drive further down to get around. As travellers with little Spanish knowledge, the servers were very patient and attentive to not just us, but everyone in the room, constantly checking if everything is fine. The place serves delicious Puerto Rico dishes and the portions are appropriate to its price. The place also makes yummy drinks; we had a regular mojito as well as a local mojito (with passion fruit). Would definitely recommend for any traveller to walk in if you’re looking for Puerto Rico food in a little local joint.
