I was very disappointed with the condition of the fish tanks at this Petco location. There were SEVERAL dead fish in multiple tanks and noticeable algae buildup, the tanks aren’t being maintained properly! It was upsetting to see animals in that condition, and it made me question the overall care and health standards. Don’t buy your fish here.

Love this location, I have a wild husky that can be difficult to bathe and they always do a good job! Ainsley did the grooming and she is very good with my girl, it takes all day cause husky life, but she is super patient.

The site was well stocked. I only saw 2 employees. Even though I didn't find what I needed, the cashier was able to provide me with information that was more useful than if I had bought what u was looking for

My experience here has always been good but yesterday night my husband and I went looking for a dewormer for our cats and it wasn’t a good experience. The cashier was so rude and unprofessional. I showed him a picture of the dewormer I was looking for from the petco app. and he had told me they keep them upfront. When he proceeded to check us out he told me the total and I asked him how much each dewormer cost he responded twenty nine something so I told him oh I thought they were on sale for seventeen because that’s what it showed in the app. He immediately got an attitude and told me to show him the app where it showed how much it costed. (He keep on saying show me show me) so I showed him and he told with an attitude “oh well baby if you don’t show me how am I supposed to know” I was shocked by his attitude so all I said was “oh”. I’m honestly not a confrontational person and I was not going to make the situation worse because I didn’t see the point of arguing with someone that is unprofessional but I will leave a review. I really hope that he is able to learn a better customer service.

We were in TX last week & needed to pick up supplies for my sisters kennel. There is an employee at the Humblewood location named Caris & he was phenomenal! He literally walked through the store with us to get everything we needed and made suggestions as we are new to the area and store location. 5 star employee! We will definitely be back.
