I’ve been coming here a very long time and my dog. Every time I would bring my dog zeus I would ask for the shortest hair and had a picture attached to my phone number and they would do it every single time that same exact way. My husband started taking him while I was having my baby and I noticed today that when we dropped him off a few days ago that his hair is still very long everywhere so I called and asked them if they could give me a discount not even for free which it should be to fix for free in my opinion even though they’re saying, my husband asked for a long teddy bear, which my husband stated he did not ask for a LONG Haircut and they’re charging us $128 for less hair to be cut when I used to bring him in the beginning and pay about $86. So I just told her if she wasn’t going to fix it, then I’ll just find somewhere else to start going because she wanted me to pay full price to bring him back to fix it. That’s horrible customer service. If a client calls with a complaint and I have never complained about his hair. The location should try and. Make it right. Now they lost a customer all together. I’ll attach a teddy bear cut for your groomers to see what that should be. And when I get home I’ll take one of my dog that has long hair all over his chest. I use to take him and get this little cave cut and they have a photo in my text messages to them. I was gone having my son in Az and the first time ny husband took him he gets a call do you want it shorter and my husband even said yes I would. So it went from 86 I think I paid to 128 for it to be even shorter. I told my husband why are you paying that 128 I get it done for under 100. He said well they said it would look better and called me. So he paid it. I’m now back and I let my husband drop him off and it was the 128 again not the cheaper price I paid and it was not even short it’s long. I pulled up teddy bear online and attached photos. And the girl on the phone tried telling me my husband asked for teddy bear long. That’s a lie my husband never asked for long. He said yes and a teddy bear as she asked him if that’s what he wants and he agreed to the teddy bear. I’m so upset that not only will they not fix the mistake as this is not teddy bear cut. But they not even give me a discount to fix it. Don’t go here if your looking for good customer service. Because this is crazy they won’t even give a discount when I’m upset about the haircut. You will see my dog how far his hair goes down and not cut around the face like a teddy bear. It’s really long over his entire chest. He even has this longer hair not cut to the rest of his body on the left side that’s longer in a huge area. His tail is super long does not look touched at all. The first few times I took my dog the groomer was amazing. Maybe the new employees don’t know what they are doing. Shah again the groomer is not trying to fix the issue. They want me to pay full price after I paid for shorter hair cutting of $128
