Horrible negligence! I took my dog for boarding training and he ended up injuring his tail.. No body knew and no one cared. At the end I called the owner and never picked up. Avoid this place at all cost!!

Worst Experience! Been taking our pups for years. The two trainers before were amazing! Now, apparently there’s new management the treatment at first was awful. Once we dropped off our pups, someone who looked like the new owner told us we couldn’t say goodbye to our dogs because it would make them bark and go crazy for him. We were going on vacations for weeks and wouldn’t see our dogs for a while, why can’t we say goodbye to them? Once we got back from vacation I asked for help to take them back to our van because since they are big dogs and it was raining , we could use an extra hand.All I was asking was for an extra piar of hands, nothing else. That same person or to what it appears the “owner” today told us he was on a lunch break so he couldn’t help us out. Thats the kind of service these days in this place. No photos of our pups for days. You called and it was like a script read. “ Your dogs are doing fine, they are amazing.” While our dogs are thirsty big time while bringing them home. Would not recommend at all. Please take your loved one someplace else.

Great services. My 2 dogs were 2 weeks in the hotel the were healthy and with good atitude. And was their first time in a hotel. I recomend the service. They are really nice people.

Excellent service to both you and your pets,boarding,even a pool for pets!. Just a little late in the grooming. Well worth the wait.

I used to bring my dog to another dog daycare but after a price hike I decided to give it a try to this place, glad I did! Service was great at reasonable prices. I left my Dog for 9 days while I was on a trip and the experience from start to finish was excellent. Staff shows a lot of attention and love to dogs. When I came back my dog looked happy and healthy.
