El Paso Animal Urgent Care West

Brought my buddy Moe here a few days ago for throwing up blood and extreme diarrhea. EVERYONE here was incredibly sweet. Our vet, Emily was so thoughtful and caring with our baby. You can tell this is her special interest, and she loves every animal she comes across. She not only helped our current problem, but pointed out future ones with his teeth and so on. 3 days later and moe is feeling better thanks to his meds and bland food!! Thank you all so much for dealing with my frantic mess 🫶 —lump is the fluids they gave them, just so no one’s alarmed! The last pic is him today, back to being perky—

Dr Ceniceros, and his amazing staff… (Jessica, Cassandra, and Angie) saved my Yorkie’s life…. We got caught on a weekend when his regular vet is closed… He became life-threatening sick… I decided to rush him to vet emergent care… As a health care provider, I knew exactly what diagnostics and treatment I had in mind when I walked in… I was greeted and within 10 minutes I was in a room giving his history and symptoms… if I would have to describe the treatment approach in one work, I would say “aggressive”. These guys don’t mess around… I received a diagnostic estimate very quickly and within 30 minutes we had a full set of blood work and X-rays… The doctor and staff kept coming in and updating me… Dr Ceniceros made his diagnosis and quickly came an estimate for treatment… The staff was very kind and supportive and explained every step of the way… I felt I was at the right place immediately… Oliver ended up spending the weekend with them for iv fluids, and antibiotics, among other meds… By Monday, he started a quick turnaround…. Jessica called the next day to check on him… I’ve been in healthcare for over 20 years and I cannot express how impressed I am with this clinic and their amazing staff… Truly angels on earth and they returned my Oliver to full health… He is back to his hyper, nonstop playing self…I was so scared and desperate for help and I am so glad I came to them… I will forever be grateful with these amazing individuals… Thank you, please know what a difference you make every single day with what you do. Was the drive from the far eastside to far west worth it? ABSOLUTELY! El Paso Animal Urgent Care West was the best choice we made taking our beloved Mooch. He was in pain and instead of waiting 3 hours (called and was confirmed) at the Eastside urgent clinic, Mooch was taken in as soon as I registered him. The vet tech was so friendly and made our pup feel at ease. Dr Mobley gave him the best care! Oh, and the receptionist was so friendly! They are the forefront of any business and she welcomed us warmly. Thank you all for Max’s great care! He sends you his best furry love!!

Very professional and welcoming environment. The wait time was a little less than 2 hours, however, the time flew by, and I was able to take advantage of their complimentary coffee. I'm not really sure how pricing compares, but for a broken nail, the cost was around $300. The front desk was very nice and helpful, and the Doctor made sure to explain the issue, the recommended solution and an estimated cost. I would recommend, and would return if need be.

Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and warm, creating a comfortable environment for both us and our pet. The veterinary technicians were knowledgeable and kind, clearly experienced in handling animals with care. I especially appreciated meeting Dr. Gutierrez, who took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and expert veterinary care!
