(from Google)Our dog Sugar really appreciate the kindness shown to us by Big Paws mobile grooming! Sugar has her bath, nails and glands expressed every five weeks. We gratefully appreciate the time they spend to bathe and brush her out. Sugar is a beagle and Shepard mixed breed. Lots of hair! Victoria, Sean and Alisa are kind, professional and punctual. Sugars not keen on car rides! Big Paws mobile grooming is the best groomer we have used in the area for over two years. Thank you so much for your care for our pet!
The very best. My Pookie a mini schnauzer is very shy n scared. Lisa has taken such good care of him. He looks so handsome after she grooms him. He loves her. Does an excellent job every time. He knows when she is here as he knows her truck. I would have no one else groom him. Does a great job n is so loving to my Pookie in
I appreciate the ease of scheduling my dog’s grooming appt. He doesn’t like going to a grooming location where he has to wait in a kennel for his turn. It creates a lot of anxiety for him listening to other dogs bark. He always has a pleasant grooming experience and it usually takes Big Paws about an hour to give him a bath and trim his hair and nails. Now that I have a handle on his hair and don’t let him get matted, he always comes back inside with a cute haircut. I would recommend Big Paws.
We have had wonderful experiences with Big Paws! We have 3 dogs, all doodles, and they always come out with the cutest cuts and smelling great!! It’s so convenient to have them come to our house and we trust that the pups will come out looking great!
The worst grooming experience I’ve ever had (my dogs are 5 & 7 years old, so we’ve seen a lot of groomers). I strongly urge you to find someone else. Our experience: 1.) dogs were delivered unbathed (see pictures) 2.) uneven cuts on both dogs 3.) instructions were given before the dogs were taken to be cut, and they were not followed 4.) left without rectifying the dogs’ cuts - essentially leaving me with unbathed and uneven dogs. The daughter of the owner cut the dogs, and when finished, I raised my concerns with the quality of the cut and the lack of bath and simply asked for them to be remedied. She let me know that a remedy was not possible, and when I mentioned a reduced price for the lack of quality, she proceeded to storm off and call the owner (her mother) in the driveway, making statements such as “this lady has no idea what she’s talking about” - extremely unprofessional. Once the conversation between the two of them ended, she stormed away from me in a fury and had her mother give me a call to discuss further. We discussed the issues and she notified me that she would be the only one communicating with me because her daughter was so angry. They would still not entertain a conversation about a reduced rate for the inadequate groom I received, and when I mentioned I could go down the “posting a review” route, the owner said “a good review and a bad review means the same to me”. All in all, this is not the place to go for a quality cut. The time and care needed to provide quality work was simply not present, whereas complete unprofessionalism, lack of care for the customer experience and an unpredictable groomer all were.
