(from Google)Absolutely beautiful little off trail hiking spot !! Extremely peaceful. My dog LOVES when we come walking here. If you're into unpaved hiking trails , THIS is the best little area to explore for a bit.
Great trail, but currently overgrown in several areas.
Trails here are ditches but still a fun hike. 12/28/24
Google also took me to private rd for archery, then found parking lot on sweet home, lost yellow diamonds quickly, 😡, trails ruined wit ATVS, RUTS 2 FEET DEEP, , Erosion & trail widening, found some blue blazing, ,once I found creek trail it was better.
I love how untouched and wild this park is! There are always tons of wild life here and a great secluded spot for birding/herping. There are not many people who come here due to the trails not being very well-kept but I think that it is part of what makes this park great. Most of the wildlife parks here in Buffalo are overly visited and kept too clean (in terms of the overgrowth). We need more parks like these that are overrun by wildlife. It gives us naturalists more of a wild and natural feel. I can not describe the utter joy I feel from visiting this place.
