There was an issue with a delivery. I’m supposed to get one free delivery every quarter and I decided to give them a try. That delivery turned out to be a disaster and I was extremely unhappy. But after speaking with management, they decided to handle my situation in the best possible way with the greatest Customer service ever! Everything they had delivered previously, which had turned out to be a disaster. They delivered my exact same order and didn’t charge me so I got two orders for the price of one. I am extremely happy and it’s customer service like this that keeps me as well as others coming back to Tractor Supply. Thank you management for your excellent customer service. You’ve made this customer very happy.

My husband and i visit this store at least twice a week, so we are regulars. Most of the staff are absolutely fabulous and deliver a positive experience. Especially Erin and Donna. The last couple of times we have been in here there has been no nutrena pro force fuel on the shelves. This has resulted in us having to ask a team member if there is any in the back. Aj has been the one tasked to assist each time and every single time he very loudly huffs and puffs. Today when we stopped in, there was once again now on the shelves. When Aj was asked if there was any he threw his handset aggressively on the counter and very audibly huffed while searching the computer to see if there was any in the back. He stated they had 21 bags and proceeded to stomp off. He is the only one at this location who reacts so rudely when asking him to do something that’s within his job. If the shelves were properly stocked we wouldn’t need to ask if there was any in the back. The first couple times we brushed it off as someone having a bad day but this a repeated rude behavior and is clearly a problem. This is not the customer service we have come to know from this store and each visit we hope not to deal with Aj. Maybe he can take some lessons from Erin and Donna on customer service.

Such a delightful selection of succulents. Go check it out and the people who work there are very helpful!

I placed an online order one hour before they closed and five minutes before closing. I pulled up in the parking lot and even though they had just received the order, they were more than happy to fill it and bring it out to my vehicle all within a moments notice. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

WHEN YOU NEED TO OPEN DOORS YOUVE GOT TO BE OUT OF RAMP BECAUSE OF FENCE BOTH SIDES. AFTER UNLOADING MOVE TANDEMS FULL FORWARD BEFORE LEAVING. LEAVING DRIVEWAY ON LHS OF TSC MEANS RIGHT TURN ONLY AT STOPSIGN. GOING BACK TO ENTERING DRIVEWAY ON RHS LETS YOU GO EAST.
