We had been established at another well known clinic in town and when our dog needed them most they refused service because it was 254 on a Friday and we hadn’t seen them this year. That led us to explore other options which led to us visiting A Caring Heart. From the minute I walked in with my husky we felt so welcomed and cared for. The receptionist was able to fit us in on short notice and in 30 mins we received medication and a diagnosis. We will definitely transfer the care of our other pets to them as well. Thank y’all again so so much!

I've never had a bad experience in ~16-17 years. Several pets, routine visits and emergencies, end of life with care, they've handled everything and I have no fault/complaint with them. Would recommend to anyone in Wichita Falls looking for pet care.

They saved our Lola Mae! Earlier this year, our standard longhair dachshund lost the use of her back legs. We had her on crate rest for a few months, and tried several different medications. She only progressed a little bit. Acupuncture was recommended by several trusted friends, so we tried it. After about 5-6 treatments, she's back to scampering around the house. You'd never know that she was 14! Thank you Dr. Wade and staff at A Caring Heart Veterinary Hospital!

We LOVE going to A Caring Heart Veterinary Hospital!!! The staff are kind, welcoming, and SUPER knowledgeable. One of the kennel techs even figured out that Annabelle says “hello” with a hiss when I take her there for daycare, and that she isn’t aggressive! I’ve taken Strawberry, Annabelle, and Rodeo to ACHVH for vaccines, arthritis shots, antibiotics for my FIV girl, pancreatitis flare ups, cat acne, day boarding, and walk-ins. The walk-in cost starts around $120, and is always worth it! I don’t have pet insurance, but did sign up for CareCredit with the help of Bailey, and got a $1400 amputation paid for in under 5 minutes! I will always take my family to ACHVH, we feel like family there.

The Staff here are great and are always very gentle and sweet with my pets. My dog (12 years old) gets anxious around new people/animals but they always take the time to make her feel comfortable and that’s huge for me. My cat (4 years old) tends to shut down a bit and they always help bring her out of her shell which also means a lot. Long review, short: the animals are always the priority here, the humans are treated really well too and their prices are great compared to other vet clinics in town. Would recommend to anyone!
