I have to say that this place is awesome I walked in there with my three cats with no appointment and the staff help me out right away. I told him my story about how I have fleas in my house and that the exterminator is there. Can she wash my cats for me and cut their nails she did it without hesitation and help me out. She also gave me a lot of insight about fleas and how to get rid of them in your house. If they come back, my Also, what flea collars were the best and what not to use an also, what flea collars were the best to use on your cat and not to put a dog one on your cat it can kill them . experience with this place was so good. I recommend it highly ***** Thank you so much for all the help you have given me .

My dog and all my family’s dogs that come here have NEVER looked better. This is the only place I trust to bring my dog in for a grooming. I love everyone that works there they are great and all very professional. I always recommend Paws n Claws to everyone. Nothing but good feed backs from them too. After almost 25 years as a loyal customer, I will be finding another groomer because I am tired of the rude, unprofessional behavior of the owner and her daughter. Yesterday I picked up my 16 year old dog who has been groomed there almost every five weeks for more than 10 years. I noticed stray hairs under his belly and groin as well as some stragglers on his legs. I asked the friendly young woman at the counter to trim these off. As she did, it was clear by the amount of hair falling on the floor that not enough detail had been given to his grooming. I get it, sometimes this happens. I wasn’t upset or angry and I was grateful it was being addressed before I left the store front. For me the last straw was the reaction of the owner and her daughter as they left their grooming stations and came to the front counter to see what was happening. I was shocked by their rude, unprofessional comments as the owner insisted my dog looked great, that there was only so much they could do about his hair because he’s an “old dog”. The owner and her daughter were angry that I would even question the job they did and when she asked me for the third time, “doesn’t he look great?”, I said “Nope” and pointed to the floor where all the newly trimmed hair had fallen. This caused a whole new wave of grumbling comments and denials from both the owner and her daughter. It would have been professional of them to take responsibility and apologize. Instead, their nasty behavior and eye rolling was enough for me to decide I’ll never use them again. Today I called to cancel my next two appointments. The owner was honey sweet as she asked why but when I tried to recap the above conversation, she actually denied having said anything at all to me yesterday. I was shocked. Talk about feeling gaslighted! I am so done. The shame of it is that they do a good job grooming, and my dog loved going there. Too bad I just can’t take it any more. At this point I’m prepared to pay more for a mobile groomer or any another groomer, as long as I’m treated with respect and gratitude for the loyal customer I am.

Paws N Claws grooming does an amazing job with my dog. I have been taking Benny there since he was a few months old, and have been going here for almost 3 years now. His cut is so perfect, never too short, you can see the detail they put into grooming him. He leaves there happy, safe, never any issues. Everyone who works there is so caring and gentle with him. I would HIGHLY recommend Paws N Claws!!

The owner groomed my 13.5 year old husky who is not a fan of baths. The staff was so great with my dog, you can tell that they truly love animals. They had told me 3 pm he would be ready and called 2 hours earlier! I will definitely be bringing Logan back to get groomed. I have lived in Miller Place for 6+ years and it took me this long to find our groomer!!!
