Classy Canines Grooming Salon

It was our first visit to Classy Canines. Our golden retriever, Maverick, looked great after his grooming! He was anxious when we arrived, but Rachel put him at ease and he had a positive experience. We will return for future groomings

I’m so happy with the service here! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and treated my dog with such care. The grooming was done beautifully, and my pup came out looking and smelling amazing and most importantly, happy! The prices are very affordable, and you can really feel the love and pride this family business puts into their work. Highly recommend to any pet owner looking for quality grooming in a kind, trustworthy atmosphere.

So happy with the service! They took me girls with short notice, I figured they would have to shave my Maltese down bc she was very matted but to my surprise they were able to keep her hair long! Thanks so much for doing a great job

Honestly the best groomer we've been to. I have 3 pups that get routinely groomed here, 2 with horrible anxiety and Rachel does an amazing job with them every time. Very accommodating as she usually fits all 3 of my pups in together ! Efficient with time and pricing is more then reasonable, overall great grooming salon. Pups are always happy and well groomed/taken care of during there visit, highly recommend!

Rachel's new location for Classy Canines, right here in Miller Place (minutes from anywhere in central Suffolk County), is a beautiful, clean, and conveniently located storefront with direct access to a safe parking area. Previously, Rachel had been coming to our home for the last 4 years to clean and cut our two poodle mixes, and provide nail clipping for our two house cats. She always brought all of her own high quality equipment, has always been on time, is spotlessly clean before/during/after, and her prices are affordable and always consistent. We're thrilled that we found her, and even happier now to have her so close to home. That's the business side of things, but equally (if not more) important is the personal touch that Rachel provides. One of our pups, Layla, can experience high anxiety at times due to some rough experiences with humans and other dogs before she was part of our family. Introducing strangers can sometimes be a problem due to trust issues. After the very first session with Rachel, Layla was as comfortable as she would be with any other member of our family. When we tell our dogs that Rachel is on the way to clean and cut them, they immediately get excited to see her. Afterwards, both pups sprint out to greet us, so proud of their new cuts and clean butts, as well as the cute bow or bandana they get to wear each time. We couldn't be more grateful to have Rachel as our groomer, and if you're reading this review in search of someone new to care for your animal(s), congratulations - you're done searching.
