I was eating crackers and walking. I almost fell into a cactus. I gave the cactus a cracker for not poking me. Then I got lost from my kids for 20 minutes.

If you like the smell of sewage and chemicals, this is the place for you! Located in and around the Lubbock Reclamation Plant, these biking (mostly) trails will leave you wishing you never visited because the stink follows you home. Zero stars.

The Mae Simmons Outer Loop Trail is a trail system located in Lubbock, TX. The trail generally contours the North Fork Double Mountain Fork Brazos River within Yellow House Canyon. There is varying terrain along the trail with changes in vegetation and some hills. Whether you hike, jog, or bike ride, I highly recommend visiting.
