(from Google)Absolutely horrid. The “owner” or proprietor is incredibly rude. The building itself is poorly kept and smells terribly. The adoption process is NOT communicated clearly, at all. We were told to be there at a certain time and no one showed up. I feel bad for the cats that are there. I hate to say adopt elsewhere because those cats need homes too, but this place is not it.
I wanted to come up here and write a review. I usually don’t do this stuff, but I was shocked and amazed how the owner treats people who wants to adapt the cats first of all she’s not interested at all in cats adoption and then going to a good home very snippy on the phone they tell you one time to be there. I personally drove with my family 45 minutes there and no one was there and when I complained by email, she called and said the people left early first of all that’s unresponsible human when people calm on that certain hour, but leaving that on the side went back again next day and I ask them a question can I adapt a specific cat and she told me the cat was shy and I’m fine with that I had adopted kid before and he was very sentimental for me to get that specific breed where she had and as they explained to me, the specific had had zero application since it came in, and it came in on Valentine’s Day 2025 I went there put the application put all the information in and person had audacity denying my application because probably she did not like the way I spoke to her first of all on sanitary situation when you go in soon as you walk in it hits you a smell. I don’t know if they don’t clean where it is the situation but it is Incredible smell hits you and they are not interested in letting the cats go for a good home and as a person, the owner unpleasant, very rude and very disrespectful and I will highly not recommend. I wish she never had cats for adoption because she’s not willing them to go home, but she is willing to keep them locked up in that small room and have no human interaction except once a week that’s ridiculous disrespectful and heartbreaking. I don’t know how human like that still exist.
Clean space, kitties are loved. The gentleman opened the door for us and it was very welcoming. Ms. Elaine is a sweet Scorpio lady!! God bless her. The young lady was very informative and she described the cat’s personality’s to a T. Very detail oriented girl, you guys should be proud. The cats there are sooooo sweet. Sweet girl and Bubba and Asher stole my heart. I hope someone can please give them a home, along with the others. I wish I could take them all!! I look forward to working with you all again. Thank you for giving us a chance. We love Sasha.
Amazing and easy experience!!! It doesn’t smell, and the cat “pent houses” were soooo cute. Ms. Elaine is a very sweet woman who helped me greatly with the adoption process. You can tell the care for the cats a lot, and the interior decorating is very cute. Would recommend.
I just love watching the Cats sleeping and climbing through the windows! They have the coolest cat poster on the wall of a cat in full Fisherman's gear with a fish on its hook:) It's open at different times so call first if you want to go in! And they always have need of monetary and non monetary gifts^:^ *************** UPDATE ****** 1st time actually in the place, and the odor that wafts through the mail opening hits you with full force, The blonde lady @ the counter was snippy and bordeline rude, I made a comment about the hours, and that it was the 1st time we found it open when we're on that end of town and she made a snarky, toned comment about the hours being posted on the door. I believe their hours have changed within the last year. I've since learned she is the founder. Kudos to her for the work that's being done to protect and rehouse those beautiful Cats, but customer service training and some fabuloso might be in order.
