Odyssey Pets

We use Odyssey Pets for Boarding, Grooming, and Day Care services. They are so friendly and accommodating to me, but more importantly, to my dog. She loved going there and I trust them with my girl. I have peace of mind, which is so important when you leave your pet someplace, for ab hour, a day, or a week. I trust them for recommendations for food, snacks, and toys. I highly recommend them❤️

It was my first time visiting this place and im so glad I did. I was greeted with a big smile and a welcome. I started walking around, looking for fresh water plants and Miles comes and greets me again and we had a good conversation about shrimp and tetras. They have Abundance of products specially for fresh water fish. Wide variety of fish and beautiful collection of neocaridina shrimp. Ill definitely visit them again. I forgot to take pics 📸 sorry 😞

I started taking my Henry here after a horrible experience at Petco down the street. He no longer comes out terrified after his appt and they always do an amazing job with him. He usually sees Aaliyah but their staff is so talented anybody you get will be amazing. Today was hectic with the winter storm coming in & he saw Hanna, she did an amazing job on him. THANK YOU! I have been taking my dog here for years. They always do a great job with her and she seems to do well there too! I typically drop her early and pick up after work, so she is there for a long time. We have never had any issues. Being long haired, she gets a lot of mats and knots. She comes back so clean and smooth. We love odyssey

After moving to Fort Worth last year, let me just say that I’m devastated I can no longer bring my cavapoo, Wally, to get groomed by Gina at Odyssey Pets anymore. She always did such an outstanding job grooming him and I would absolutely still be bringing him to her if I lived closer. I’ve had Wally groomed many times at various places, and Gina is the ONLY groomer who has been able to achieve the look I’ve wanted. And no other groomer since has been able to replicate the adorable cut she was able to give him every time. Additionally, the other staff at Odyssey Pets was always so kind and pleasant to interact with, and the atmosphere of the store in general is delightful :) We really miss coming here and might just have to make a visit next time we’re in Dallas! Highly recommend their services if you’re in the Dallas/Addison area (and especially if you have a doodle)!!!
