Food was amazing as usual, but customer service has been a longstanding issue. In particular, when a mistake was made regarding my order, employees and management were deeply unprofessional and left me on hold for nearly 15 minutes as my food grew colder. I just wanted a bacon breakfast burrito. Not an argument with a perceived teenager over the contents of my burrito compared to what was outlined on the order ticket. Note to management: it may be wise to require basic communication skills and good manners as an employment prerequisite.

I only got my cheese fries and a hot dog 2 go. The dog I got was absolutely tasty. There are plenty of varieties. They have much more than simply dogs and brats. That atmosphere on a Sunday morning was easy and they did have football on. That was a win win. I will go back to try their Bad Ass Breakfast Burritos. So far so good. Oh they also service beer, wine and brunch drinks.

Was googling for ppaces to eat and took a chance at this spot. They did not disappoint! Food was good, hot, and tasty. We will be back here again. Update: Went back again and the food was still good.

For a fast-food spot, it’s really good. The buns are exceptional—easily the best among any fast-food chain. The fries are great, far better than McDonald’s or In-N-Out. The smashed patties are good but they add too much bbq sauce (ask to do not do it) , and the prices are reasonable. Service ranges from okay to mediocre, but it’s fine. The menu is quite eclectic, with quirky dish options that make it hard to pinpoint a specific style—there’s everything from burgers and sausages to tacos. Supposedly, it’s German-inspired? Either way, for fast food, it’s a solid choice.
