Calm and nice with the real grass

Today I visited Ciudadela Door Park in San Juan, and it's so much more than just taking your dog for a run: it's an experience filled with joy, connection, and freedom. From the moment you walk in, you feel the friendly vibe of the place: a spacious, safe area surrounded by trees, where dogs can run off-leash, jump over obstacles, and socialize with other furry friends. There are shaded areas to rest, fresh water available, and even benches for owners to relax while enjoying watching their pets happy. The community is warm, full of animal lovers who share stories and laughter while their dogs play. It's the kind of place where you feel welcome and where each visit strengthens the bond between you and your best four-legged friend.

By far the best dog park in PR. The separate small and big dog parks are great. 2hrs of free parking in Ciudadela if you spend $5 at Pueblo. Beware of stupid owners with their aggressive dogs - certainly an annoying issue from time to time. Maintenance could be improved. The park looks great from the outside, but when you're in it, you find there's dog poop everywhere, which is honestly hard to believe, considering they even provide you with free poop bags. Again, annoying owners. Ciudadela, maybe spend money on daily poop cleaning instead of dog park security? 🤷‍♀️

Two separate dog parks next to each other in immaculate condition - one for large and one for small dogs - only criticism - needs more shade- I think we are waiting for the trees to grow
