Dr. Converse is hands down the best vet we’ve ever experienced. He’s cared for all of our dogs since they were puppies. He truly cares about animals, researching their specific breeds and issues and knows how to help them in the best way possible. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. C and this practice, I tell literally everyone I know with an animal to go here!!!! Thanks for always taking care of us!

Here’s the bad review, my dog is sick. My wife and I are at work today. Trying to get him somewhere first thing tomorrow or knowing we may need to take him to an urgent care tonight. Tomorrow is a surgery day so they won’t see him, they’ll put it on the board for the docs and they may take the time. WOW, the second phone girl was super insensitive to my time and needs. First girl offered to get him in tomorrow. So one doesn’t agree with the other. Not cool…. I’ve noticed there seems to be disconnects in what is and what isn’t good care. We liked the Doc, but as in even medical care for people the receptionist come across as insensitive and uncaring….Nit what I experienced the first time. What changed here? Their google page says 24/7 emergency care. Apparently not, you may want to change this…. As your website does not say you do. I also had a concerning thing happen sept. I was called saying my dog needed a vaccination because it had been a year. I hadn’t had my dog for a year, he was rescued in March last year and was rescued from humane Colorado and had had all his shots then and at his first visit to another Vet, so I knew it had been mis entered into the system. I am very picky about how I’m treated, so if I even get what I feel isn’t par with good care…. I move on. Update on my animal, my niece was a vet tech, so I called her and she said yes he definitely needed to be seen, she also told me it wasn’t cool to be told we only do surgeries on Thursday, and most would definitely try and accommodate. so I ended up taking him to a Vet ER, definitely had something in his stomach. They also told me he needed to be seen. As I told the person on the phone, seems kinda uncaring🤔So definitely will never be back. I’m sure whoever lied to the office manager and told them i was a jerk… Nice took you 2 months to come up with an insult….and make it intelligently wordy!!! Customers beware!! And after reading a little further thru reviews, it’s clear Dr Converse is retaliatory and defensive, clearly a failing business.

We had a great experience with the care provided here. Thank you Dr. Jaynes and the wonderful staff for taking the time and helping us with all the paperwork and necessary tests/appts so that we can fly our sweet Luna with us as we are moving to Hawaii. It's an intimidating and time sensitive process to go through, but Dr. Jaynes and her team made it feel so easy. They were patient, knowledgeable, and gave us a lot of reassurance. We had everything we needed for a smooth arrival. Thank you!

This clinic is by far one of the best I've been to. We switched a year ago due to ours going corporate where we felt like just a number. These guys are professional, responsive, communicate well, explain the process, care about my furry kid and treat us all like we matter. The care shows in every step of the process at Advanced.

We were on a Colorado road trip from Michigan when one of our dogs showed signs of a paw injury. Dr. Converse and Abbie added our dog onto the schedule the day we called and did a thorough exam and evaluation of the issue. Dr. Converse even talked to us about management of both of our dogs' chronic conditions since we had vet records sent over to the clinic. He didn't have to do that; it was purely out of compassion. Luckily, our pup didn't have a fracture (just an infected scrape), and Dr. Converse gave us the confidence to proceed with our trip into the mountains and not cut it short. He put our pup on an antibiotic and steroid treatment and the price was so reasonable for everything! It's comforting to know we have a great vet when roadtripping in Colorado.
