Jellystone Park™ Tyler

Cabins were clean and modern. Internet, TV, fully furnished with dishes and cooking utensils. Mini split systems in living room and bedrooms. Great experience. Staff were a little overwhelmed with the busy holiday season but very nice. Kids had a great time. Lots of activities to do, more than you can actually complete. Definitely worth a revisit.

Stayed in a Rosa cabin with my family of 6. Park had plenty of activities to keep us busy. Pool was warm which was amazing since it was a little cooler out due to rain. Our AC didn't seem to work the 2nd day however April in the office requested maintenance and it was fixed SO quickly. April was also so lovely in suggesting activities. My kids absolutely loved her. She gave the kids coloring pages and crayons which made their day. Thank you for the wonderful getaway!

We had an amazing time. We had 7 in a cabin that slept 8 and it was pretty crowded especially with just 1 bathroom but we weren’t in it that much so it wasn’t a huge deal. There is so much to do! We had people ranging from 8 to 66 and everyone had a fantastic time. Heather that runs the arts and crafts was amazing. She had to do everything by herself but did an amazing job! Chad who is the supervisor at the Canteen was phenomenal and went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. The group at the check in counter was also amazing as an animal died under the cabin we originally rented and we had paid the lock in cabin fee to get the view and they had to move us to another cabin that didn’t have the pond view so they refunded us the lock in rate plus gave us a free pizza and ice cream scoop. The staff really goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time!

We’ve been coming to Jellystone Tyler for many years, and it continues to be our absolute favorite place to bring our kiddos. There’s endless fun and activities for the kids, and every staff member we’ve met has been incredibly friendly and accommodating. We always stay in our RV, but we have family who stay in the cabins, and every visit has been wonderful for all of us. Special shoutout to Heather in the arts and crafts building… she has the best personality and is always amazing with the kids. Kyle and Tom do a fantastic job managing the property, and if you haven’t tried their freeze‑dried candy, you’re missing out. If you’re looking for a family‑friendly getaway with tons to do, I highly recommend Jellystone in Tyler. It’s truly a place where great memories are made.

I loved this location so much better than the last location I went to. We had so much fun doing tye dye and gold mining with Heather. The ranger station women was so sweet to my ASD. I believe her name was Kristen? Either way, the pricing was great for what we got to do. I would definitely come back :)
