My wife Linda and I love the Doctor's and the Assistants. Their skills are exceptional remarkable great! We got two little dogs they always took and take BEST care of since the first day we went there. P.S.: They never talked us into unnecessary measures or treatments, just the opposite. P.P.S.: In our humble opinion they charge very fair prices for their great work and services. Last but not least for those who constantly complain about any Vet's costs: Sell your animal and get a piggy. A piggy bank. ;-)

Dr. Raphla saved our dog’s life. We brought our 10-year-old dog, Ash, in with a distended stomach and clear signs of illness. Dr. Raphla quickly diagnosed a severely enlarged spleen with multiple growths and internal bleeding. He performed surgery the very next morning and removed Ash’s spleen, which was riddled with growths. He told us that if we had waited even two more days, Ash likely would not have survived. Throughout recovery, Dr. Raphla was incredibly attentive and responsive, always available by email and quick to answer every question we had. That level of communication meant everything during such a stressful time. The care, urgency, and professionalism he showed from start to finish were outstanding. We truly can’t thank him enough for giving us more time with Ash.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the care that Dr. Raf provides for my dogs, especially my beloved Lulu. I have been bringing my pets to this clinic since before Dr. Raf became the owner, when it was still under the previous doctor. Naturally, transitions can make pet owners nervous, especially when your pet has serious medical conditions. However, the transition to Dr. Raf has truly been a blessing for us. Lulu is a very young dog who is about to turn four years old and has been diagnosed with Stage 4 renal disease. As you can imagine, this requires extremely close monitoring and careful medical management. Dr. Raf has been extraordinary in the way he cares for her. Every time Lulu has lab work done, Dr. Raf personally calls me first thing in the morning as soon as the clinic opens to go over the results in detail. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers all my questions, and carefully guides me through the next steps in her treatment. His level of follow-up, attention, and dedication is truly remarkable. Even when I was out of the country, Dr. Raf stayed in constant communication with me about Lulu’s condition. That level of commitment to his patients means more than I can express. Dr. Raf also takes care of my other dog, Moti, who is a 14-year-old senior dog. Seeing how thoughtfully he manages both of their very different needs gives me tremendous peace of mind. For Lulu, who is the most medically fragile, the level of care and dedication he provides is simply incredible. I feel incredibly fortunate that both of my dogs are under his care. If you are looking for a veterinarian who is compassionate, attentive, and truly committed to his patients, I cannot recommend Dr. Raf and his clinic highly enough.

I have three French Bulldogs who, since they were puppies, have received all their treatments from the vet who worked at this place. He was a very kind and caring person with my dogs; on every visit, he checked them thoroughly and always cleaned their ears. I only paid for medication or vaccines, never for a visit. Recently, I had to visit the clinic because of an infection in one of my dogs. To my surprise, the visit alone cost $70, not to mention the treatment. I put the dog on the examination table, listened to a few words from the new vet, and they gave me exorbitant estimates. And that was it. It seems I won't be returning to this place. They should let clients know that there is now a charge per visit and that the old, kind vet is no longer there.
