(from Google)We had a wonderful and successful surgery with the surgeon and staff. They were caring with him and told us about the loving he was getting. When we went to pick him up, he was very comfortable with his care. We also made a lunch date (picnic) in the waiting room. The staff was very accommodating. They're very thoughtful of the humans and animals. They are the best 👌. Barrie and Lee Harding
So incredibly impressed with the team and Dr. Tomas. My dog was diagnosed by our vet Thursday. I was in a consult with Dr Tomas Monday. And she had the surgery Tuesday!! Forever grateful for Bri being SO proactive and helpful everytime she answered the phone. Dr Tomas explained things so throughly and made me feel so comfortable. The pre and post nurses were thorough as well! 1000000% recommend.
We were referred here by our vet in Lakeland, due to him having a hard time getting up and the vet fearing a spinal injury, but couldn't confirm without expensive testing. We came here and they are such a great place with great employees. We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our boys double TPLO surgery. They explained everything in detail and showed images of what they were going to do, and gave us everything we needed to keep him comfortable and healthy at home while he recovered. The price was not terrible at all. They were quick to schedule and quick to work and communicate and offered us 24/7 phone access to check on our boy after his surgery. They were very understanding when we were almost 45 minutes late to our appointment due to traffic from Lakeland. They do not have you waiting long, and its usually in and out. I hope to never have to go back, for the right reasons of them doing absolutely everything flawlessly.
Our Lola had a luxating patella that was really giving her grief. Surgery, especially on our furbabies is always scary, but Dr. Thomas and the ENTIRE crew made us all feel comfortable, welcome, and assured throughout the entire process. I love the one-on-one, hometown vet approach they have. We never felt like a number - their care and compassion is genuine! Lola had her surgery and is now walking on sunshine. She has a new glow about her that says "THANK YOU!"
Mr Flynn ( 7 year old golden retriever) is doing great after having TPLO surgery on both legs. One in August 2024 and the other April 2025. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff. The front receptionist, the vet technicians and of course Dr Thomas go beyond making you feel at ease and informed of every aspect of Mr Flynn’s issues and steps they would take to fix him. Yes you can probably find others that might be cheaper, but sometimes you get what you pay for (just my opinion)! Although we hope we will not need their services, if we ever we do, we are confident in this practice to use them for any future needs that our local vet is unable to provide.
