Called in to make an appointment and was helped through every step, when I arrived for the appointment Ashliegh helped me chose the best option for my dog's care. She didn't try to push for everything, instead listened and helped more than what was asked of her to make sure my dog was in the best of health. Everyone was super professional and extremely nice, thank you all for your help today and my future check ups down the road.

The vet I had been using for at least 20 years closed their office and I ran across this clinic. The room I was put in was shabby and run down but I decided to give them a shot because the people seemed friendly. I have been a bit frustrated with them since. I tried calling them back after they gave me the wrong medication for my cat and was on hold for over 1/2 hour. I finally gave up and went to the office where they gave me a refund and told me to order the correct meds online. Fast forward a month or so, a very friendly cat wandered up to my house and I knew he had to belong to someone so I called them to see if I need to make an appointment and again on hold for over 1/2 hour. I had to keep holding because I didn't want just drop in to see if the cat was microchipped. A few weeks ago I called about getting my kittens nails trimmed because it doesn't mention the price when I tried to make an appointment online. I finally reached someone and they told me it would be $18.00. I thought that was a bit high so I called around and Petsmart charges $15.00 and had an appointment for the same day. They didn't do a good job, missed several nails and didn't trim properly. I then made and appointment online at this clinic. When I checked out I was charged $30.75 and the receptionist said they had to pay the tech. Say what? What is the $18.75 nail trim charge for on my bill? On top of the $12.00 Tech Visit. I looked back at a previous invoice from the last time her nails were trimmed and there wasn't a $12.00 tech charge. To add insult to injury it was cold outside and I arrived early for my appointment, which I always do to be courteous, and they made me wait outside until they were finished opening. What does finish opening mean? They said they were just taken over and were corporate and had to follow the rules. Looks like they have been corporate for a while according to the reviews I read today. I told them I would find a new vet they said fine I will mark that in your file and asked if I wanted my records? If corporate policy is not being kind to humans they probably don't care much for animals either.

So glad I found this clinic!! The vets are very knowledgeable!! Everyone is so caring!! From the front desk to the techs and vets!! I am not sure about their pricing. I thought they were supposed to be an affordable option but their prices seem to be the same as any were else. I have been to a vet in about 2 years. So they maybe less than any other vet!! That being said I will pay for the wonderful care you get!! If you are picking between locations go to Westside. There is a tech there that is the most compassionate person I think I have ever met!! Her name is ashley!! Now a days everyone seems self absorbed and rude!! I was kinda shocked as we were talking. She is deffiently a beautiful soul!! Thank you Ashley for being you!! Can't wait to see you again at my next visit!!

I brought my Bentley here for his end of life care. My previous Vet closed and I had not picked a new one when Bentley got sick. He had kidney disease already but then was also getting pancreatitis that was severe and after treatment he would be okay for about 2 weeks and then decline again. After these treatments failed and other treatments failed I had to make a difficult decision. He was barely eating and was very weak and lost 3 pounds. I didn’t want him to suffer and keep declining. There is a feeling of could I of done more and did anything get missed that comes with this ending. The office staff was very nice and tried to make me feel better about my decision as I was a mess. Thank you for caring for my best friend and seeing us and caring for us through this difficult time. You showed me and my best friend such care and compassion and for that I will be forever grateful. Thank you! Bentley White’s mom. RIP Bentley Sylvester White. I will love you forever and never forget you. 1/10/11 - 10/14/25

I have been going here for almost 10 years but in January everything changed. This company went corporate and all of their doctors quit, the doctors we loved. I was forced to see a floater vet who covers over flow even though I made an appointment weeks ahead. The doctor could not even speak English and worst of all he hurt my dogs. In all the years my mother and I have been going there we never saw this! Blood was on the wall, my dogs and I could hear my other dog crying. My friend said he had the same experience and we will never go back there. Shame on them!
