Jossi Lu House of Grooming

Just took my baby to Jossi Lu for the first time and had a great experience! They were very friendly and sweet to my puppy. Plus, he came out looking sooooo good! I will be a repeat customer 🙌🏼

I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years. In my most recent appointment with Shawn he shaved/plucked my dog ear hair to the point he was bleeding. I was not informed of the incident until one day I noticed my dog crying in pain when I tried to rub his ear.

We just moved to this city and needed to find a new dog groomer. I found this place because it’s next door to our new vet. It took 4 phone calls before I finally reached a person to make an appointment. They weren’t able to get me in on Saturday but could do it Monday afternoon. Since I work from home real close to this place, I got to drop off my dog on my lunch break. Picked him up a few hours later and he looked so cute with his fresh new cut. I think Charlie has found his new groomer. 😀

Love this pet salon! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and they really take care of your fur baby. I have a pomeranian and a lhasa apso and both always look great after grooming. Just got their summer cuts last week and they are so much happier. I drive almost 20 miles to Jossu Lu so that should tell you EVERYTHING!

i was looking for a grooming place near me and JOSSI LU came up in my search, i saw it was rated 5 stars and had very good reviews so i decided to give it a try, I'm very disappointed with the service i received. my yorkie was CUT UNDER HER EYE AND THE STAFF FAILED NOTIFIED ME. it wasn't until i got home that i noticed she had a little blood under her eye. plus the hair cut was nothing like i expected!!
